I spend an inordinate amount of time deciding which recipes to share. My biggest problem is that there are so many recipes I want to share, things that get me doing the jiggy because it’s so good but then before I dash off to film and photograph the recipe, I pause and think – will my readers get excited about this too?? Will they really go and try this? It’s always interesting when I publish a new recipe to see how many people read it. After 4 years of blogging (that’s middle aged in Internet terms!), you’d think I’d be able to get it right 100% of the time. And mostly, I can. I knew you’d love the Sticky Honey Mustard Drumsticks and go bonkers over the Pad Thai and Tikka Masala. I didn’t expect you’d be clamouring for the Quiche Lorraine or Avocado Dip, and I guessed right. 🙂 But other times, you surprise me! I did not expect such an amazing response to the Homemade Pastrami from last Friday, nor that the Garlic Butter Kale Rice would become such a firm favourite! Recent Reader Favourite Recipes - Tikka Masala, Pastrami, Pad Thai And after all those hours of contemplating what recipes I think you want, it finally dawned on me: Why don’t I ask you??  DUH! And so, here we are. Finally – because it took me so ridiculously to arrive at this point – FINALLY I’m asking you:

WHAT RECIPES DO YOU WANT ME TO SHARE?

  1. Please do a quick little Search to see if I’ve already shared it!

  2. No banana anything! It’s the only normal thing I can’t stand. Awful, smelly, slimy things that they are!?

LIFE OF DOZER

Hairdresser appointments are always extremely productive – I get my highlights and make recipe videos. Dozer gets his pats. Dozer the golden retriever at the hairdresser

Dozer was my beautiful dog and faithful companion for 14 years. He was also official taste-tester of RecipeTin Eats, and filled every day with joy, mischief and laughs. He passed away in February 2026. I miss him every day. The Life Of Dozer section shares the happiest moments of his life and keeps his memory alive. Read more about him here.

    I had a muesli biscuit at the Sydney Dance Company cafe last week and I loved it- I think reminded me of something I had when I was little. I would love a recipe for something like this. Thank you!

    Would like to see Braised Steak & Onion recipe. Last time I made it, it was a low effort, high flavour recipe, perfect for winter. Can’t remember what recipe I used though and noticed you didn’t have it yet.

    I’m searching since forever for a tasty doable Malai kofta recipe and since your indian recipes are all soo marvelous, perhaps you can also create a fantastic easy Malai kofta recipe ✊🏻.

    Hi Nagi,
    Just an idea! A cuisine you haven’t covered yet is Serbian/croatian. Sarma (cabbage roll) , punjene paprike (stuffed capsicum) pasulj (bean soup). They are a few popular ones at the top of my head 🙂

    Looking at your cinnamon scrolls, got me thinking towards a similar recipe for the Australian Bakery version of the walnut and apple log (loaf). It would be great to be able to whip one of these up as people pop in for coffee xxx

    I cooked okonomiyaki for the first time on the weekend after hearing about the dish. After a Google search I combined your mum’s recipe with another. I’d love the “Nagi makeover” cos I really wasn’t sure about batter consistency, nor whether the pork should be precooked or raw? I cooked the okonomiyaki on my bbq plate. They were yum, but since I’ve never had em before, I’m not really sure what they should taste like? Absolutely great for a hearty breaky the next morning tho! (I even bought sauce recommended by your lovely mama). Please redo for your RTE Nagi,?

    Every year my family makes something special for Christmas. Last year, we made your Beef Wellington and it was amazing. This year we are thinking about making Porchetta and we were hoping you would have a detailed recipe to make the best one we’ve tried (we’ve had a few fails in the past)
